Do you think it is forbidden to plant flowers in the apartment garden? Should I ask everyone? 
Hi. I have a mini balcony. I want to look at some flowers. My balcony gets very hot. Which one do you think? Are plants suitable for me?

I actually want chrysanthemum flowers. Because the meaning of chrysanthemum is quite valuable. Maybe I can look at it too much and gift it to my loved ones.
